Product Introduction
HBS robotic fiber welding system integrates the high degree of flexibility and super precision 6-axis robot arm to meet wider range of welding and make laser welding workable for more complex application. It consists of fiber laser, robot control system, wobble welding head and cooling system. It is processing at a relative high speed and precision rate during welding, which greatly result in its efficiency of welding, 2-10 times faster than traditional welding. Robotic laser welding is an accurate, clean and flexible option for a wide variety of welding applications.

Product Application
1. Steel plates below 20mm do not require beveling to complete welding;
2. Steel plates with a thickness of 20mm or more only require a quarter of the traditional groove angle, greatly compressing the groove gap and requiring less solder cost;
3. The efficiency can be increased by 6-10 times, achieving a dual improvement in production efficiency and manufacturing accuracy, and the firmness is also stronger;
