1.Handheld welding head
The laser processing head is a key component of laser welding equipment. It is used to adjust the focal length and working distance, so as to obtain a suitable spot size. In the laser welding head, different functional components are integrated, including laser focusing and induction units,shielding gas introduction and distribution units.cooling system,lens protection system,etc
2. Laser source
Laser --a device that emits laser light and is the energy source for laser welding. The laser used in this equipment, also known as fiber laser,is the most widely used laser in the market.

3. water chiller
Turn on the power, wait for 10s-30s, check whether the water chiller is normal,whether the water level and water pressure reach a safe range, and whether the water temperature is within the normal working temperature range(set temperature is 25℃, and normal working water temperature is between 23℃ and 27℃)
4. Touch screen
a, this interface can see the current process parameters and real-time alarm information
b,when the power is turned on, the laser is enabled and the indicator red light is ON
c,the safety lock is usually gray, and when the welding head touches the workpiece,it becomes green and can be processed
d, welding mode selection, the default is continuous. When it is set to spot welding, it can emit light intermittently for spot welding operation, which is convenient to control the spot welding time and the size of the spot welding due to human beings. This function needs to be set in sequence.
