Daily Maintenance

1. Do not touch or impact galvanometer and laser machine part when the equipment is working

2. The laser source and optical lens are precision instruments. Handle them with care and avoid vibration

3. Stop working immediately if there’s fault in the machine, handled by professional personnel

4. Pay attention to the startup & shutdown switching sequence

5. Pay attention to the marking format cannot exceed the working format

6. Keep the room and machine parts clean and tidy

7. Keep the environment around the machine ventilated and maintain the normal operation of the ventilation system

8. Keep the antivirus software updated and regularly back up common files.

Troubleshooting

一、 No Laser Output

1.Shutdown the machine and restart,be sure start and shutdown the machine as sequence

2.Check the lens for occlusion

3.check whether the software parameters are properly set

二、 the laser output power is weak

1. Check whether the software parameter settings are correct

2. Check whether the workpiece is in focus according to the field lens

3. Check whether the field lens is dirty

三、  Softdog cannot be found at the software startup

1.right-click【my computer】-【attributes】-【hardware】-【device manager】，check whether you can find the softdog hardware.Replace another USB port

2.Check if the softdog drive is installed correctly,re-install the driver.

3.Re-install the Windows system and install all the driving program correctly

四、The actual graphic scale and size are inconsistent with the software settings

1.Check if the field lens range matches the parameter settings

2.Check the【parameter（F3）】-【Feild】page parameter is changed or not. Resetting the parameter as backup screenshot

五、The industrial computer cannot start normally

1.Use【one key restore】to restore factory system

2.Install Windows operation system

3.Check whether the hard disk or memory module is loose and whether the gold finger is in poor contact。

六、 There was a break in the marking process

1.Complete Antivirus for common-use U disk and system or new installation system

2.Check whether the ground cable of the power supply is in good contact

七、 The marking figure hatch does not coincide with the border
