HBS laser cleaning machine is a new generation of hi-tech intelligent products for surface cleaning by scanning high energy high frequency laser beam to remove the dirt, rust, paint, or other coating particles from metal surfaces. This machine is easy to install, operate and achieve automation. In terms of software programming, various modes for rust removal, paint removal, oil removal and other modes can be preset. The modes can be directly switched by users to operate without adjusting parameters. The customized parameter of cleaning mode for specific requirement can be saved for next use, by just connecting to power, turn on the device to run. Application
Laser cleaning not only clean the organic contamination but also clean the inorganic contamination such as the corrosion of metal, metal particle and dust etc. Let’s see the following widely applications
1. Mould cleaning
There will be billion tires produced worldwide every year, the tire mould cleaning will have to be operated quickly and reliable to reduce the downtime in production. Traditional cleaning includes sandblasting,ultrasonic or carbon dioxide cleaning etc. But all these cleanings have to wait hours to cool the high-heat mould and these cleaning will easily damage the mould precision. The chemical solvent and noise can also cause safety and environmental problems.
With laser cleaning, cleaning will be more flexible as laser can be transmitted by optical fiber, cleaning will be more convenient to lead the laser to clean the dead corners or parts of the mould that are difficult to remove as connecting by optical fiber. The tire will not be vaporization to release toxic gas so it’s safety cleaning.
