The classic desktop dot peen marking machine is widely used in most metal marking like engine,bearing etc . Even though laser marking is popular, the dot pin marker cannot be replaced in some industry. There are two typical types for dot peen marker , one is electric dot pin marking machine and the other is pnuematic dot pin marking machine.
The working principle of a pneumatic marking machine: Input the content to be engraved into the computer, and the computer controls the marking needle to move along a certain trajectory through the marking machine controller. At the same time, the marking needle the compressed air to impact the workpiece at high frequencies, thereby marking the required content on the workpiece
The pnuematic dot pin engraving machine will have a more exquisite and clear marking effect . Same as laser marking machine, the dot pin marker has no consumbles either except the pin may need to be sharpen after long usage.
