3.Storage and Transportation of Loading Unloading Machine 

a. Before hoisting, moving, and transportation, ensure the limit bolt is mounted and fastened.

b. It is suggested to use four-point hoisting with a single hoisting line length of more than 2m to prevent the hoisting line from being too tight, which could damage the equipment.

c. Packed in wooden boxes with rainproof and humidity-proof features.

d. Store in a dry and ventilated area with dust and humidity isolation if not used for a long time.

Please follow these steps to install the equipment:

1. Firstly, place the loading and unloading machine on the working table stationary and fasten it with screws. This step can be skipped if using our tool car.
2. Secondly, cut the fixed cable tie on the gear case and lift the gear case to the top limit.
3. Thirdly, remove the fixing bolts between the bottom board and base, and store the bolts properly.
